Rhinoplasty Nasal Reconstruction Before and after pictures in Latham, NY, Patient 28719
This is a patient who was bothered by difficult nasal breathing through her nose but also has been very self-conscious of her somewhat large more masculine nose. As one can see on her frontal view, she has a nose that is crooked, somewhat pinched in the middle third of the nose with a slightly bulbous tip. The front view at one year after rhinoplasty is significantly improved, straighter, and has a more harmonious consistent width from top to bottom. The main improvement that can be seen corresponds to the lateral or profile view. This patient's nose was slightly over-projected (tip too far from the face) with a fairly significant bump. She underwent cosmetic rhinoplasty which gave her a stronger more balanced nose and a strong straight feminine profile. This is exactly what the patient requested and at this point she feels her nose fits her face.
