Rhinoplasty Nasal Reconstruction Before and after pictures in Latham, NY, Patient 28653
This is a young woman who is one month out from her endonasal (Rhinoplasty) she was very bothered by the heavy droopy appearance of her tip and the bump on her nose. She also had a thick tip that was wide and leaned off to the side. As you can see from her front view her nose has a much more aesthetically pleasing appearance with the same width maintained from top to bottom. The profile view shows the largest improvement with a modest amount of rotation of her tip, reducing the size of the dorsum and giving her a much more elegant refined feminine yet natural looking tip and nose. She remarked to me that she had no idea how much more confidence she would have or she would have done this a few years earlier. She was surprised that being self-conscious about her nose had such an effect on her personality and she wishes she has done this sooner. The endonasal (closed) approach in this individual allowed us to accomplish her goals yet also cut down very significantly on the recovery time.
